Who we are
Cyber Tint & PPF is a window tint, paint protection film, vinyl wrap and ceramic coating shop at 1901 Carnegie Ave Suite 1B, Santa Ana, CA 92705. You can reach us at cybertintppf@gmail.com or 626‑782‑1822.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, you decide what to share. This usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address
Your vehicle’s year, make and model
The services you’re interested in, your message, and any photos or details you choose to send
How you’d like us to contact you
If you call, text, email or message us on WeChat, we receive your contact details and whatever you send us.
When you visit the site, our website host, Framer, automatically processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that sent you here. We look at this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used. We don’t use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels.
How we use it
To reply to you and prepare your quote
To schedule appointments and talk with you about your car and our work
To keep basic records of quotes and completed work, including when a product warranty needs to be registered
To keep the site secure and see, in aggregate, how it’s used
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
We won’t add you to a marketing list without your permission.
How we share it
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
With service providers that help us run the business and this website, such as Framer (website hosting, forms and analytics) and our email and phone providers, who handle it on our behalf
With the product manufacturer, such as 3M, when we register a warranty for work on your car
When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond, do the work and keep reasonable business records. After that, we delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your California privacy rights
If you’re a California resident, California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies, lets you ask us to:
Tell you what personal information we’ve collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we’ve shared it with
Give you a copy of that information
Correct information that’s inaccurate
Delete your information, subject to some legal exceptions
You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don’t sell or share it, so there’s nothing you need to opt out of. We don’t use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email cybertintppf@gmail.com or call 626‑782‑1822. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on the request, usually by matching the contact details you used with us, and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you.
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you can ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We don’t.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for vehicle services. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the form.
Links to other sites
This site links to services such as Google Maps and WeChat and to product manufacturers’ websites. Those services have their own privacy practices, so check their policies.
